Shipping policy

All orders ship from our Chicagoland-based warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will ship out the following Monday. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day. Transit time is based on your location and shipping method chosen.

We are currently shipping to US, Canada, EU, AU+NZ, and some countries in Asia. Add whatever you need to the shopping cart and go through the checkout process. Any VAT, customs and import duties are not included and are collected upon delivery, unless pre-paid during the checkout.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in the US on all orders over $89. Otherwise, we offer $6 flat-rate shipping as well as other expediated options. 

Rejected and undelivered packages are returned back to our warehouse. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't hear from you again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus minus a 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost.
